Watch real users. Fix the right things.
Your users will tell you exactly what’s wrong, if you ask the right way. We run interviews, usability tests and surveys that reveal what people need, where they struggle and what to build next.

The real problem
You are not your user.
Teams know their product too well to see it fresh. What feels obvious internally confuses customers. UX research replaces assumptions with observation, so design and development effort goes where it makes a difference.

FAQs
Common questions.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask us directly; a real person replies within one working day.
How many users do we need to test with?
Five to eight participants per user group usually uncover most major usability issues. Surveys need larger samples for confidence.
Can you test with users in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities?
Yes. We recruit across regions and can run sessions in Hindi and other languages.
Remote or in-person?
Mostly remote, which is faster and reaches more people. In-person sessions are useful for some products and contexts.
Can you test a prototype before development?
Yes, and it’s the cheapest time to find problems.
How are participants compensated?
Usually with a gift voucher or payment, included in the project budget.
How much does UX research cost?
It depends on methods, participants and recruitment difficulty. We share a fixed quote after scoping.
