The real problem
Most brand decisions are educated guesses.
Founders know their product inside out, which is exactly why it’s hard to see it the way a stranger does. Teams argue about taglines and colours using opinions, and the loudest voice usually wins. Research replaces that debate with what your buyers actually said.
01
You can’t say why people choose you
Sales are coming in, but nobody can explain the real reason. So nobody knows what to protect or double down on.
02
Lost deals you can’t explain
Prospects go quiet after the proposal, and the CRM just says ‘not interested’. The real reason is never captured.
03
Competitors sound exactly like you
Every website in your category promises ‘quality, trust and service’. Customers can’t tell anyone apart, so they compare on price.
What you get
Evidence you can build a brand on.
Qualitative depth where you need understanding, numbers where you need confidence, and a clear read-out your whole team can use.
01
Customer interviews
One-to-one conversations with recent buyers, long-time customers and people who chose someone else. In English, Hindi or Marathi as needed.
02

A short, well-designed survey to measure awareness, associations and preference across a larger sample of your audience.
03
Competitor brand audit
How 5–10 competitors position themselves: promises, proof, pricing signals, tone and visual identity, laid side by side.
04
Search and social listening
What people search for in your category, the questions they ask and what they say about you and your rivals online.
05
Review mining
Google, marketplace and app reviews analysed for the words customers use, the praise they repeat and the complaints they share.
06
Audience segments and personas
Who buys, why and how, grounded in real interviews, not invented demographics.
07

Awareness, consideration, preference and branded search measured today, so every future campaign has a starting point.

How we work
From first call to everyday momentum.
A clear sequence, so you always know what’s happening, what’s next and who’s doing it.
01
Week 1
Frame
We agree the decisions this research must support, who we need to hear from and how we’ll recruit them.
02
Weeks 1–3
Listen
Interviews, desk research, competitor audit, search data and review mining run in parallel.
03
Weeks 2–4
Measure
Where numbers matter, we field a survey to test what interviews suggested across a larger group.
04
Weeks 4–5
Make sense
We pull patterns out of hundreds of notes, quotes and data points, and challenge our own conclusions.
05
Week 6
Decide
A read-out workshop with your team, turning findings into clear choices for brand, product and marketing.
Outcomes
What you’ll know at the end.
Clear numbers, reported monthly, tied back to the business. If a number doesn’t help you decide something, we don’t report it.

FAQs
Common questions.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask us directly; a real person replies within one working day.
What is brand research?
Brand research is the work of finding out how your audience sees your brand compared with alternatives: what they know about you, what they believe, what they value and why they choose you or don’t. It combines conversations, surveys and data such as search and reviews.
How many interviews are enough?
For most Indian SMEs and mid-sized businesses, 8–15 well-chosen interviews reveal the main patterns. We add a survey when you need to know how widespread a view is.
Will you speak to our customers directly?
Yes, with your permission. Customers are often more honest with an independent researcher than with your own team, which is exactly why it works.
Can you research audiences in regional languages?
Yes. We run interviews in English and Hindi and can arrange other Indian languages for specific markets.
What happens after the research?
You can use the findings on your own, or we take them straight into brand strategy, messaging or a rebrand, so nothing is lost in the handover.
How much does brand research cost?
Pricing depends on the number of interviews, whether we run a survey and how many segments or cities are involved. We share a fixed quote after a short scoping call.
