Strategy, identity and rollout

The real problem

A rebrand done badly costs trust.

Changing a logo is easy. Changing a brand without losing customers, staff buy-in or Google rankings is not. Most rebrands that fail skip the strategy, underestimate the rollout or forget the website migration. We plan for all three from day one.

01

Your brand describes an older business

You’ve added services, moved upmarket or grown into new cities, but the brand still looks like day one.

02

A merger, new name or new owners

Two brands need to become one, or a new chapter needs a new identity.

03

You’re attracting the wrong customers

The brand pulls in price shoppers when you’ve built a premium service.

What you get

A rebrand that lands safely.

Strategy, design and the unglamorous rollout work, handled by one team so nothing falls through the gaps.

01

FAQs

Common questions.

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask us directly; a real person replies within one working day.

When should a business rebrand?

Common reasons are a change in what you offer or who you serve, a merger or new ownership, expansion into new markets, a reputation problem, or an identity that simply looks dated next to competitors. Boredom alone isn’t a good reason.

Will a rebrand hurt our Google rankings?

It can if the website migration is careless. We map every old URL to its new home, keep valuable content, update structured data and Google Business Profile, and monitor Search Console closely after launch.

Should we change our name?

Only if the name is genuinely holding you back: it’s confusing, limiting, legally risky or tied to a past you want to leave. Often a refreshed identity and clearer messaging achieve more with less risk.

How do we tell customers about the change?

With a short, confident story about why you’re changing and what stays the same. We write the messages for each audience and time them across channels.

How long does a rebrand take?

A refresh can take six to eight weeks. A full rebrand with rollout typically takes three to four months, depending on the number of touchpoints.

What does rebranding cost?

It depends on how far the change goes and how many touchpoints need updating. We give you a fixed quote for each phase.
